Flavia began her diet and nutrition journey in Italy, where she worked as a researcher for a national fitness publication. Following on from this, she spent five years supporting the wellbeing section of a major retailers monthly magazine. Both of these experiences involved detailed research around nutrition and studies of diets, as well as working with chefs on development of hundreds of recipes.
Since 2012, Flavia has been supporting individual clients in their wellbeing journeys, learning more from each person's unique goals and situations. Experience from this led to her authoring her first book 'Diet & Live Well', which features information distilled from hundreds of hours of research and work developing wellbeing programmes that stick.
