If you are overwhelmed with the amount of diet and nutrition advice available or confused by the plethora of conflicting messages, let me help!

My ethos is progress over perfection, keeping things simple and achievable. I aim to help you transform into your best self.

I provide bespoke nutritional and wellbeing plans to support you towards your personal goals, supplying you with tailored and no-nonsense advice. I support you in getting control of your eating habits, without imposing unnecessary restrictions or supplements.

I promote a balanced diet that will leave you energized and satiated. I provide you with meal plans based on your lifestyle, food preferences and desired outcomes, as well as tools to track your diet and progress.

I primarily support clients through online consultations; I provide weekly plans via email once we have completed an initial assessment of your needs. Ongoing exchanges will allow us to chart your progress and adjust upcoming plans accordingly.

Skype and face-to-face consultations are available to suit.

Consultations can be held in German or English.
